Job Details Theattorney will handle a broad range of employment disputes,including discrimination and retaliation actions and wage and hourlitigation, drafting employee handbooks and employment agreements,counseling employers, and conducting workplace trainings andinvestigations for employers. •This is an ON-SITE position out ofthe Sarasota office• Billable hour requirement: 1800/year
Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law schoolActive Florida bar license in good standing Minimum 2 years ofemployment law experience Strong technological skills, includingproficiency with practice management systems and portals Superiorresearch skills, including the use of online services and databasesProject management skills, including the ability to successfullymanage and prioritize multiple projects and deadline •
