Litigation Associate Attorney Bridgepoint Talent Sarasota, FL 34236 Litigation Associate – Florida (Sarasota-Tampa Region) A dynamic mid-sized law firm is seeking a driven litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its growing team in the Sarasota-Tampa region. This is a hands-on role with immediate opportunities to take ownership of cases from start to finish across a wide-ranging commercial litigation docket. Ideal candidates will bring experience in one or more of the following areas: construction disputes, real property litigation, or financial services defense. You should be comfortable handling depositions, drafting complex motions and pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing cases for dispositive motion practice and trial.
