Trial experience is a plus! What You’ll Do As an Associate Attorney, you’ll work closely with our principal attorney and a talented team of professionals. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional results for our clients through innovative strategies and unwavering dedication.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing an exciting and diverse caseload.
- Taking cases from inception to resolution, including pleadings, motions, hearings, and trials.
- Providing expert guidance to clients while building strong, trusting relationships.
- Collaborating with colleagues, clients, and external parties to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Leading paralegals and legal assistants to ensure seamless case progression.
- Engaging in business development activities, such as networking, writing articles, and attending events. What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking a proactive professional with:
- A law degree from an accredited institution and a license to practice in Florida.
- 4-6 years of business litigation experience.
- A commitment to excellence, leadership skills, and top-tier communication abilities.
