Full-time (On-site) About the Opportunity One of the reputable firms we work with in Stuart, FL is looking for a dedicated Associate Attorney with experience in business litigation. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting directly to the Managing Partner. You’ll manage your own caseload while working alongside a seasoned team focused on effective advocacy and client success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strong work ethic, and is passionate about delivering excellent legal service. What You’ll Be Doing Handle your own caseload from start to finish, including strategy, filings, hearings, and potential trials.

Draft legal documents:

pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and client communications. Attend court appearances, mediations, depositions, and case evaluations. Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication. Work closely with legal support staff to ensure timely and accurate case progress. Participate in case strategy meetings, business development efforts, and firm-wide planning. Guide and collaborate with junior staff where appropriate. Contribute to the firm’s presence through articles, networking, and speaking opportunities. What They’re Looking For Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar. Graduate of an accredited law school. 4-6 years of relevant litigation experience; trial experience is a plus. Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused.

Compensation & Benefits Salary :

$110,000•$125,000 (depending on experience)

Time Off :

3 weeks of vacation and 1 week of paid sick leave (accrued, post-probation)

Insurance :

Medical, dental, and vision coverage (75% of employee-only premiums paid)

Paid Holidays :

12 per year

Probation Period :

90 days
