Description We are looking for a dedicated Attorney specializing in commercial litigation to join our team in Stuart, Florida. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-4 years of experience who is ready to contribute to complex legal cases and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring thorough preparation and effective representation.
• Draft and file legal documents, including claims, complaints, and briefs, utilizing document management software.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client outcomes.
• Manage client communications, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable results.
• Utilize case management software to track deadlines, filings, and case progress.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
• Review and analyze evidence to build compelling cases.
• Maintain high levels of organization and efficiency to meet billable hour requirements. Requirements
• Possess 1-4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proficiency in legal software such as 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Conveyancer, and case management tools.
• Strong skills in drafting briefs, handling complaints, and managing claims.
• Familiarity with civil litigation processes and consumer electronics-related legal matters.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to support case development.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
