Key Responsibilities:
Draft estate planning documents including Florida-compliant wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, and health care surrogate designations. Represent petitioners and other parties in guardianship proceedings (emergency and non-emergency), including filings under Florida Statutes Chapters 744 and 393. Handle both summary and formal probate administrations throughout Florida. Appear in court for hearings related to incapacity, appointment of guardian, annual plans, and accountings. Conduct client consultations, manage files from intake through closing, and supervise assigned support staff. Remain current with changes in Florida probate, trust, and guardianship law
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member of The Florida Bar, in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in estate planning, guardianship, and probate law in Florida. Strong familiarity with Florida Probate Rules and Guardianship Rules, including Chapter 744 and 733. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines. Experience using practice management systems such as Clio or MyCase is preferred.

$90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
