Family Law Paralegal 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars 1100 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, FL 34994 We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys through various stages of litigation in family law , ensuring that all legal documents are prepared accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist attorneys in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Manage case files and maintain organized documentation for easy access by the legal team. Prepare trial materials and assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases. Utilize Clio software for case management and billing purposes. Provide clerical support as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and filing documents with the court. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. Certification from an accredited paralegal program is highly desirable. Proficiency in Clio software and Microsoft programs. Strong skills in legal drafting and research methodologies. Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
