Personal Injury Attorney 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Stuart, FL 34994 • Hybrid work
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, negligent security, dog bites, and wrongful death claims. Conduct client intakes and provide legal consultations. Investigate claims, collect and analyze evidence, and work with medical experts and investigators. Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and motions in Florida courts. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Represent clients at mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials when necessary. Maintain proactive client communication throughout the case lifecycle. Ensure timely, ethical, and aggressive representation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member of The Florida Bar, in good standing. Minimum 2-5 years of experience handling personal injury cases (litigation experience preferred but not required). Strong negotiation, legal writing, and courtroom skills. Working knowledge of Florida’s personal injury, negligence, and tort laws. Familiarity with pre-suit demands, PIP laws, and UM claims. Experience using case management systems (e.g., Clio, Filevine, or Needles) is a plus. Preferred but
Not Required:
Trial experience in Florida courts. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus.

$90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
