Real Estate Attorney Ultimate Outsourcing 304 SE Florida Ave, Stuart, FL 34994 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in legal drafting, estate planning, negotiating, and litigating commercial real estate matters. Duties Provide legal advice and support on commercial real estate transactions Draft and review legal documents related to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing Conduct due diligence reviews for real estate transactions Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate agreements Represent clients in real estate litigation matters when necessary Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the state Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and regulations Experience in legal drafting and negotiating real estate contracts Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for legal research Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of estate planning, patent law, family law, and tribal law regulations is a plus
