with a proven track record of

CLOSING. WHAT WE DO

• Generate & screen clients
• Complete full intake, collect documents, determine violations of federal statutes, then create theory of the case and provide case summaries, legal citations supporting theories, and possible defenses to theories alleged
• Draft and prep demand letters and/or complaint and deliver “as is”
• Handle all settlement paperwork, signatures, etc.
• Deliver you ready-to-file lawsuits (FDCPA, FCRA, CROA, ICFA, and more)

WHAT YOU DO

• Determine if you want to immediately file the lawsuit (or edit it, if desired) or attempt pre-suit negotiations using our prepared pre-suit demand letter (which you are welcome to edit as well)
• Only communicate with clients if desired (some of our affiliates like to verify facts with the client — some love that the role requires zero client communication)
• Settle case (we’re available to assist with negotiation advice if desired)
• Keep 1/2 (after costs and client is paid) and send the other 1/2 to us
• We’re basically offering you 50% profit sharing on claims despite doing around 25% of the “work”
• Leverage our systems, technology, methodology, and knowledge to generate instant revenue
