We are in search of a candidate who has a solidunderstanding of the litigation process and a desire to furthertheir career. If you are an associate attorney looking for theopportunity to grow and have at least three years of litigationexperience, we encourage you to apply! The ideal candidate shouldhave exceptional communication skills while maintaining aclient-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member ofour team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects ofthe litigation process. The attorney for this position should beable to manage their own cases. Qualifications:
3 years of litigation experienceProficiency in drafting and arguing motions Exceptional skills withwritten and oral arguments Active membership with the Florida StateBar Motivated to grow with excellent mentorship
Responsibilities:
Conduct depositions and attend court hearings Trial preparation andactive participation in trials alongside senior attorneys Attendmediations, active participation in negotiating settlements Manageyour own cases with excellent mentorship
