In this position you will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner in the Miami, FL firm. Position Details:
Representation in all phases of litigation involving first and third party cases. Investigating cases and gathering evidence. Advising clients on legal matters. Filing court documents and drafting pleadings. Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations. Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses.
