JobDetails Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of litigation throughtrial. Regularly conduct/defend depositions, handle courtappearances, and motion practice. Effectively prepare and examinewitnesses, ensuring thorough case preparation and strongrepresentation of clients. Work closely with other attorneys, teammembers, and Partners on legal projects and strategy for cases.

Communicate with clients to provide status reports, advice, andcounsel regarding case developments. Participate in trial strategydiscussions and prepare trial exhibits and evidence for litigation.

Provide high-level client service by actively managingexpectations, keeping clients informed, and delivering excellentoutcomes.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school Admittedto practice in the State of Florida 5 years of defense litigationexperience Experience appearing in court for motions, hearings,depositions, and trials Demonstrated trial experience with personalinjury, general liability, or tort cases preferred Superioranalytical skills and the ability to think critically andstrategically Strong written and oral communication skills, withexperience drafting complex legal documents Ability to manage acaseload independently and responsibly Interested in hearing more?
