is seeking to hire both entry level and experienced Immigration Attorneys to join our firm.
Immigration Attorney Responsibilities Include:
Ready to
IMMEDIATELY
represent clients in court (EOIR) or before government agencies (USCIS/ICE) Prepare and draft court motions, notices of filings, pleadings, ALL USCIS petitions, and other legal documents on behalf of our clients. Meet with clients as part of the intake process, as well as meet with existing clients for status updates. Travel to and from interviews and court hearings.
Immigration Attorney Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in any state. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Must have strong multitasking skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Immigration Attorney Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation based on candidate experience $75K-$120K.
