Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to Practice in Florida 7+ Years of Experience in Construction Defect Litigation Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Must be willing and able to bill What You Will Be Doing? Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision.
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients.
Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
Ability to work with little supervision; prioritizes and anticipates work needs; works well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.
