ATTORNEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Negotiate personal injury cases Litigate cases from initial complaint through resolution Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions Propound discovery Prepare discovery responses Conduct and defend depositions Court appearances Conduct legal research Manage relations with clients Prepare for trial
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
5+ year of litigation experience is preferred Strong negotiation skills Effective organization Ability to handle several tasks at once Candidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability Must be able to work in a team environment If you are currently working at a firm, we will not contact your references without your permission.
