We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex business disputes and commercial litigation cases. This role involves representing clients in various legal matters, providing strategic advice, and driving business development efforts to grow our litigation practice. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in business disputes and commercial litigation cases in court and during arbitration proceedings.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in business matters.
Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster business development opportunities.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure comprehensive legal services are provided. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

4+ years of experience in business litigation and commercial disputes.
Strong understanding of business law and litigation processes.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
