Job Summary:
We are seeking a Case Reviewer with 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a high-volume, metric-driven environment. This individual will be responsible for reviewing immigration forms and legal documents, ensuring compliance with our firm’s standards, and collaborating closely with team members to meet weekly performance targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under clear goals, embraces accountability, and is motivated by the impact of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
Revise immigration forms. Other duties may be assigned. Draft, revise and assemble in PDF legal documents. Ensure all cases meet quality benchmarks and are processed within established timelines. Monitor and meet weekly performance targets (e.g., volume, accuracy, timeliness). Collaborate effectively across departments to resolve case issues and improve workflows. Actively participate in team meetings, performance check-ins, and coaching sessions. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and reporting process gaps.
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of work experience , preferably within a KPI-driven or high-output environment where performance and efficiency are tracked and valued. High school diploma required; college experience preferred. Ability to work in a target/goal-driven environment with weekly targets. Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail. Adaptability to new policies, procedures, and evolving workflows. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and on schedule. Team-oriented mindset. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to communication and collaboration. High level of accountability—takes ownership of responsibilities and outcomes. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with immigration applications such as Adjustment of Status, VAWA Petitions, Naturalizations, T-Visa, U-Visa, and B2 Visas is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be offered. Background in legal, administrative, or document-heavy roles will be an asset. Experience with Salesforce or similar case management/CRM platforms is a plus.
