We are currently seeking a civil trial attorney to join our team in a full-time, salaried role. This is an in-person position; however, after three months of employment, you may request to work from home from time to time on an approval basis. This position is ideal for a litigator looking to sharpen and expand their trial practice while working on meaningful cases involving property rights, association accountability, and complex commercial disputes. The caseload includes HOA/condo litigation, property damage claims, and select commercial litigation matters involving contracts, investor disputes, and real estate conflicts. Preference will be given to attorneys with prior trial experience. Current or former Assistant State Attorneys and Public Defenders with civil litigation interest are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a monthly billable requirement of 130 hours, with a performance-based bonus structure for hours billed in excess of this threshold paid monthly. Attend and conduct civil trials and evidentiary hearings on your own assigned cases and in other firm matters Manage trial strategy, exhibit preparation, witness coordination, and courtroom presentation Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other trial-related documents Handle pre-trial discovery, including depositions and interrogatories Attend mediations, hearings, and case management conferences Collaborate with supervising shareholder on case planning and litigation execution Represent clients in matters involving HOA disputes, property damage, and commercial litigation Maintain accurate and timely time entries for all billable work Supplemental pay types: Trial bonuses on contingency cases Performance-based commission structure for high billable hour output
