Description Robert Half is partnering with an establish Full Service Law Frm that is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to engage with complex and diverse commercial litigation cases in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and a proven track record of hands-on litigation experience. Law firm provides remote flex (you can set your schedule 1-2 days in office a week); plus, full benefits; bonus; mentorship and partnership track. Billables are 1900 hours. Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and briefs. Requirements
• Member of the Florida Bar.
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing abilities.
• Proven experience handling depositions, hearings, and similar litigation tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
