Salary:

We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 5years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will havesubstantial experience in commercial litigation, constructiondefect cases, and first-party property claims. This role requiresexcellent analytical, research, and advocacy skills, with acommitment to delivering superior client service. Handle a caseloadof complex commercial litigation, construction defect, andfirst-party property matters from inception to resolution. Conductlegal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and engage indiscovery processes. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations,depositions, and court proceedings, including trial preparation andappearances. Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategiestailored to their needs and goals. Communicate effectively withclients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Stay current ondevelopments in relevant areas of law and ensure compliance withlegal and ethical standards. Assist in mentoring junior attorneysor staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree froman accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state ofFlorida and in good standing. Minimum of 5 years of relevantexperience in commercial litigation, construction defect, andfirst-party property law. Strong litigation experience, includingmotion practice, discovery, and depositions. Trial experience is asignificant plus. Exceptional legal research, writing, and oraladvocacy skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability tomanage multiple priorities and deadlines. A proactive,client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
