This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives on advocating for condominium and homeowner associations across Florida. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping community associations navigate complex legal matters while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of Florida association law—we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do

  • Advise and represent condominium and homeowners’ associations in a broad range of legal matters.
  • Draft, revise, and enforce governing documents including declarations, bylaws, and rules.
  • Handle collections of delinquent assessments and covenant enforcement.
  • Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
  • Guide clients through developer turnover, construction defects, and insurance issues.
  • Provide contract reviews and vendor agreement negotiations.
  • Attend board and membership meetings to provide on-the-spot legal counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with Florida Condominium and HOA Acts.
  • Stay up to date with legal developments and deliver timely updates to clients.
  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy and precision. What We’re Looking For
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • 5-7 years of legal experience, with a strong background in Condo/HOA Law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Courtroom confidence and a client-first approach.
