- Downtown Miami Are you passionate about community law and ready to make a real impact A dynamic and respected law firm in downtown Miami is seeking a Condo/HOA Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join our fast-paced and collaborative legal team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives on advocating for condominium and homeowner associations across Florida. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping community associations navigate complex legal matters while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of Florida association law—we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do
- Advise and represent condominium and homeowners’ associations in a broad range of legal matters.
- Draft, revise, and enforce governing documents including declarations, bylaws, and rules.
- Handle collections of delinquent assessments and covenant enforcement.
- Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Guide clients through developer turnover, construction defects, and insurance issues.
- Provide contract reviews and vendor agreement negotiations.
- Attend board and membership meetings to provide on-the-spot legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with Florida Condominium and HOA Acts.
- Stay up to date with legal developments and deliver timely updates to clients.
- Manage your own caseload with autonomy and precision. What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
- 5-7 years of legal experience, with a strong background in Condo/HOA Law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Courtroom confidence and a client-first approach.
