Minimum 3 years+ About An esteemed national law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with at least 3• years of experience• to join its expanding Private Equity & Corporate Transactions team . What You’ll Do:

You’ll work on a wide range of complex corporate matters with a particular focus on: Mergers and acquisitions Private equity transactions Venture capital financings Private placements of equity and debt Strategic joint ventures and capital markets work General corporate governance and compliance You’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with clients that include publicly traded companies, private businesses, emerging ventures, and family-owned enterprises across multiple industries.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years of solid corporate transactional experience at a law firm or mixed experience within an in-house role Proven ability to handle full transaction from diligence to closing Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a leading transactional practice Why Join?
