With a long history of numerous multi-million dollar verdicts for employees suing their employers, our focus continues to be securing the best outcome for all of our clients as our firm continues to grow and expand its reach. We are currently looking for outgoing, ambitious attorneys to handle cases of sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, overtime cases, etc. The position provides both direct supervision and development by Partners as well as autonomy to develop your own skills and reputation in the field. This job will give an aggressive litigator/negotiator a great paying position with a welcomed sense of independence and satisfaction as well as great pay that is directly reflective of your work. Responsibilities will include handling cases from inception, through discovery, motions and trial work for those few cases that do not settle. Must be charismatic and effective at communicating with clients. Strong writing and legal analysis skills a must. Employment law experience and/or knowledge is a huge plus. Trial and negotiation experience even better. Must be admitted to FL and FL Federal Court(s). Candidate will have the option to elect one of two salary structures:
Option One:
Salary consists solely of a significant share of settlement proceeds. You will earn 1/3 of the firm’s attorneys fee. No better place to earn great money based on your efforts.
Option Two:
Base Salary plus 10% of the firm’s attorneys fees for the first year while you get acclimated. If interested, please submit your cover letter and updated resume.
