Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients in divorce and family law matters,representing them in court hearings, mediations, and legalproceedings.
• Assess client situations to identify legal issues and crafteffective case strategies tailored to their goals.
• Provide clear, compassionate legal guidance to help clientsunderstand their rights and make informed decisions.
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff toensure seamless case management and operational efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and file legal documents with precision and inaccordance with deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Stay current on family law legislation, local court rules, andprocedures across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience in Florida,specifically within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beachcounties.
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Experienced in working with a dedicated paralegal to maximizeproductivity.
• Skilled in legal research tools such as Westlaw/Lexis andproficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong decision-making, public speaking, and interpersonalcommunication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy andclarity, guiding clients toward constructive solutions.
• Independent, organized, and capable of managing multiple casessimultaneously.
