Focus:

Counsel business leaders on HR policies, labor law compliance, and employee relations issues to mitigate risk and ensure organizational best practices. Handle a wide range of employment-related litigation, including EEOC, FLSA, ADA, and other federal/state claims, from initial consultation through resolution or trial. Partner with litigation and corporate teams to provide comprehensive legal strategies aligned with client objectives. Manage client relationships and collaborate with support teams to deliver timely, practical legal advice. Build and expand the employment law function into a formalized, long-term business unit.

Skill Set:

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in employment and labor law, including both litigation and advisory services. Board Certification in Employment or Labor Law is highly preferred-or active pursuit of certification. Strong litigation readiness, including trial experience or demonstrable trial preparation skills. Excellent legal writing, research, and client communication skills. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage, supporting a diverse and international client base. A proven academic foundation; a top-tier law school background or notable academic achievement is valued.
