We are seeking a driven anddedicated Estate Litigation Attorney who shares our mission andvalues to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate for thisposition will use their work experience, good judgment, and skillsto strategically litigate contested estate-related legal matters inboth probate and civil court. 6+ years of litigation experience ispreferred. Responsibilities:

• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensureup-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals andsupport staff
• Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legalresearch, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legaladvice
• Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legalconflicts and determine the best course of action
• Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectivelywith and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
• Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions,briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be usedproceedings and contract negotiations

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our clientneeds and grow our client base
• Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills requiredin order to work with clients, staff members and seniorattorneys
• Candidates must have passed the bar exam
• Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.

D. degree) from an accreditedlaw school
