A IS seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our fast-paced diverse legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including personal injury, immigration, family law, and estate planning. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations. We are looking for a motivated attorney with the desire to take on challenges, and the ability to interact effectively with others.
Requirements:
- Experience in Litigation preferred
- Taking ownership of cases from beginning to end with limited supervision
- Excellent research, analytic, writing, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Representing clients in interviews, and other proceedings.
- Excellent attention to details
- Must be a member of the Florida Bar
- Demonstrate experience in taking ownership of a client’s case
- discovery, pleadings, motions; collaboration and mediation; pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials Skills
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, immigration law, family law, estate planning, securities law, and law.
- Proficient in legal research techniques and tools.
- Exceptional legal drafting skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
