Experienced Boutique, and high-performing family law firm in Miami Lakes, Florida, seeking a seasoned Senior Associate Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident in the courtroom, able to collaborative with staff, and seeking meaningful leadership in a mission-driven firm. We are offing a strong compensation package including production and development bonuses, Health benefits, and a flexible hybrid. Responsibilities:
Manage 30-40 active family law matters independentlyAppear in court for contested hearings, mediations, and trialsCollaborate effectively with experienced paralegals and associate attorneyStrategize and lead clients through high-conflict and complex legal issuesMaintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication with clientsIndependently litigate complex family law matters without direct supervision or guidance.
Must know how to prepare equitable distribution worksheets and financial affidavits.
