Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be a self-starter. This role requires excellent legal research skills, proficiency in legal databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis, and the ability to effectively litigate cases. The Associate Attorney will work closely with the Managing Family attorney to provide comprehensive legal support and representation for our clients. Duties
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Assist in the litigation process by preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Provide legal advice and develop tailored solutions for clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective representation in various legal matters.
Utilize Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for comprehensive research and case analysis.
Support senior attorneys in managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida BarStrong legal research skills with experience using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Prior experience in a legal administrative role is a plus but not required.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
