is expanding its operations and seeking independent contract attorneys to assist with legal work related to real estate, condominium, and homeowners’ association matters. This is a 1099 position with flexible hours and potential for full-time work.

South Florida – (office is available – Hybrid or fully Remote for the right candidate)

Immediate Minimum Requirements:

Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Experience with Chapter 718 and 729 Florida Statutes and related case law Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently from pleadings to trial Proficiency in legal drafting, motion practice, and client communication Familiarity with DBPR arbitration procedures and enforcement matters Negotiation and mediation experience

Key Responsibilities:

Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution. Advise clients on condominium governance, enforcement, and statutory compliance. Draft complaints, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and administrative hearings.

Compensation:

1099 – starting at $75/hour.
