The idealcandidate will have a proven track record of success in handlingcomplex immigration cases, possess excellent communication skills,and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Thisis a permanent position in the legal industry, and the successfulcandidate will be required to hold an Active State Bar license (anystate in the US) and be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all aspectsof immigration law, including permanent residency, citizenship, andnaturalization. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents,including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients inimmigration court proceedings, including removal proceedings andappeals. Attend interviews and hearings with clients and governmentagencies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,government agencies, and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date withchanges in immigration law and policy and advise clientsaccordingly. Manage a caseload of immigration matters and ensuretimely and effective resolution of cases. Perform administrativeand management functions related to the practice of law HandleImmigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card,citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals

Qualifications:

Florida State Bar or any other US State Bar license Required.

Minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law. Fluent in Spanishis required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-qualitylegal services to clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information with discretion.
