We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court or before government agenciesPrepare and draft legal documents, such as motions and pleadings,Advise clients on business and legal transactionsComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Immigration law, two (2) years, minimumPrevious experience in legal writingStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
