Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal counsel and representation in a broad range of immigration matters Regularly communicate with clients to understand their legal needs, provide updates, and offer strategic guidance Draft and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, waivers, appeals, and other immigration-related filings Represent clients in immigration court and before government agencies Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law, policy, and procedures Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clients receive the highest quality legal representation
Practice Areas May Include:
Asylum and Stay of Removal Family & Marriage Petitions Consular Visa Processing Residency’s DACA Naturalization VAWA Petitions Waivers (I-212, I-601A, etc.) Defensive Applications for
Relief Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the United States (required) Fluency in English and Spanish (required) Minimum of 1 year of immigration law experience (preferred) Willingness to travel outside of Florida for case-related matters Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a client-focused mindset Commitment to ongoing professional development and legal excellence Why Join Us?
