Immigration Attorney Packman Neuwahl and Rosenberg PA Miami, FL 33156 Job Overview We are seeking an immigration attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience in business immigration law.

The job duties include:

Represent clients before DHS, DOS, DOL, and other governmental entities; oversee preparation and filing of nonimmigrant visa applications and immigrant visa applications; and help consult with potential clients and formulate legal strategies. conduct legal research and draft legal documents pertaining to client matters, including but not limited to memos in support of visa applications, responses to USCIS requests for evidence (RFEs), waivers, motions to reopen, federal court complaints, and appeal briefs.

The ideal candidate will:

hold a valid state bar license possess at least 3 years of experience in immigration law with an emphasis in employment-based immigration have extensive knowledge of immigrant visa processes (e.g., PERM, EB-1, NIW, EB-5), nonimmigrant visa applications (e.g., E, H, L, O, P), citizenship, and consular processing be highly organized, efficient and attentive to detail; and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
