The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in thelegal industry, with a strong background in immigration law. Thisis a full-time position that offers competitive compensation andbenefits packages.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparingand filing various immigration forms. Conduct legal research andanalysis on immigration laws, regulations, and policies Draft legaldocuments, such as affidavits, declarations, and briefs Communicatewith clients to gather necessary information and documents fortheir cases Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are metTranslate legal documents and interpret for Spanish-speakingclients Attend USCIS interviews and hearings with clients andattorneys Provide excellent customer service to clients andmaintain a positive reputation for the firm

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the legal industryFluent in Spanish At least 2 years of experience as an immigrationparalegal Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, andpolicies Ability to work independently and manage multiple casessimultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills inEnglish and Spanish USCIS experience is highly preferred.
