A highly respected Florida-based law firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual Immigration Partner to join its Miami office as part of a growing practice group. This is an outstanding opportunity for an immigration attorney with a strong client base to expand their practice on a well-supported, collaborative platform.
The firm is specifically looking for a partner with 8+ years of law firm experience handling employment-based and family-based immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing and filing a wide range of temporary and permanent petitions and applications for investors, executives, and individuals with extraordinary abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent corporate and individual clients before USCIS, consular offices, and other government agencies
Manage and oversee employment-based petitions, including:
E-2 Treaty Visas
O-2 Visas for individuals with extraordinary ability
L-1 Visas for intracompany transferees (executives, managers, and specialized knowledge)
Handle family-based immigration matters as needed
Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates within the practice group
Candidate Requirements:
8+ years of immigration law experience in a law firm setting
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage client matters independently and meet deadlines
Member of the Florida Bar, or actively seeking admission
Portable book of business is required
