KeyResponsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draftmotions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Develop and executecase strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed topractice law in the state of Florida. 3-7 years of experience ininsurance defense or related litigation. Strong analytical,writing, and advocacy skills. Commitment to providing excellentclient service.
