• The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years of experience with commercial real estate finance, including loan origination and secondary market transactions; Active Florida Bar membership required;
• Ability to travel tri-county to attend hearings;
• 3+ years of relevant experience in litigation;
• Must be able to file pleadings and attend hearings;
• Ability to meet with clients they are representing;
• Excellent negotiation and written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; Proven experience in managing complex collections cases ; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Expertise in financial transactions, debt negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong negotiation skills with an ability to achieve favorable outcomes for the clients; Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
