This position plays a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency by coordinating documentation, communication, and post-settlement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Case Finalization:

Manage the end-to-end closing process of legal cases, ensuring all required documents are completed, signed, and filed accurately.

Documentation Management:

Prepare and review settlement agreements, releases, final invoices, and related documents to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.

Attorney & Paralegal Coordination:

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all pre-closure tasks are completed and the case is ready for finalization.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all closure activities adhere to internal policies and meet applicable state and federal regulations.

Client Communication:

Provide clear, final updates to clients, address any concerns, and ensure a smooth case closing experience.

Post-Closure Follow-Up:

Handle any follow-up tasks post-closure, including appeals, document requests, or additional support as needed.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years working in a legal environment with direct experience in case management or case closure.

Industry Knowledge:

Background in personal injury law with legal settlements is required.

Bilingual Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ; Spanish proficiency is required.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in legal documentation and correspondence.

Tech Proficiency:

Comfortable using legal case management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Organizational Skills:
