Salary:

The ideal candidate will bring strong case managementexperience, having handled civil litigation matters from inceptionthrough resolution. You will work closely with partners and clientson complex matters involving fiduciary duties, will and trustcontests, and probate litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage allaspects of litigation cases, including initial investigation,discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation. Workclosely with partners to develop litigation strategies tailored totrust and estate disputes. Attend and argue motions, mediations,depositions, and court hearings. Draft pleadings, briefs, legalmemoranda, and correspondence. Communicate effectively withclients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel. Stay current on Floridaprobate and estate law developments (training provided as needed).Maintain accurate and timely case records using the firm’s casemanagement system.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited lawschool and licensed to practice in Florida. 3 years of litigationexperience, with full case lifecycle management. Strong legalresearch, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Stable work history.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment. Interest in learning and growing within the trust andestate litigation field. Prior experience in probate or estatematters is a plus but not required. Interested in hearing more?
