What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking ownership of complex commercial disputes and white-collar criminal defense matters Leading key litigation efforts, including depositions, witness preparation, and trial work Collaborating directly with seasoned attorneys on cases such as: Healthcare Enforcement Defense (Medicare/Medicaid fraud)
White-Collar Criminal Investigations OFAC Sanctions Consulting Bet-the-Company Business Disputes National and International Commercial Litigation What We’re Looking For:
2-5 years of litigation experience (civil, criminal, or complex commercial) Graduated from a Top 50 law school Federal clerkship experience preferred Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail Sharp critical thinking and the drive to take ownership of your work A genuine interest in building a long-term litigation career
