Position Details:

Represent clients in all phases of litigation. Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and argue motions. Interview witnesses, expert depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel. Conduct legal research, draft motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and trial documents.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in insurance defense. Litigation experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: casualty, premise liability, product liability, or complex litigation. Ability to handle files from inception to trial. Experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial. Strong academic credentials. Excellent research and writing abilities. Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic. Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
