Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the legal industry in Miami Lakes, Florida, for a dedicated Personal Injury Associate. This role involves managing a variety of personal injury cases, from initiation to resolution, while collaborating closely with other attorneys for effective and results-oriented litigation. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough interviews with potential litigation clients and witnesses, screening for case viability
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of personal injury cases, ensuring efficient management and strategy development
• Draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies to secure favorable resolutions
• Actively participate in mediations and settlement discussions, preparing thoroughly for each
• Conduct interviews and depositions of witnesses, and guide clients in preparation for their depositions
• Deliver comprehensive legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
• Assist in the preparation and representation of trials as necessary
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys for seamless case management and effective litigation
• Use accounting software systems and CRM tools for efficient case management and client communication
• Employ skills in personal injury law, claim administration, and auditing for best case outcomes. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Personal Injury Law.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP – Financial Services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to use Crystal Reports.
• Experience in ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Knowledge of About Time software.
• Understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Experience in Auditing.
• Ability to perform Claim Administration tasks.
• Excellent Communication skills.
