Position Summary
As a Personal Injury Consultant, your responsibility is to generate and refer accident-related leads by networking both online and in person. You will help individuals who have been in auto accidents get connected to medical care and legal support. This is a commission-only role with high-earning potential, designed for independent and motivated individuals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Market 305800PAIN through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and street outreach
Communicate with accident victims and connect them to doctors and attorneys
Qualify leads based on training criteria
Submit qualified leads through our intake system
Follow up contacts to ensure service completion
Participate in weekly Zoom training and support sessions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication skills
Sales oriented
Strong social media presence preferred (Instagram / TikTok)
Highly self-motivated and resourceful
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Prior medical/legal referral experience is a plus
