The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal injury, premise liability, wrongful death and catastrophic injuries. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception through resolution, ensuring that all legal procedures are followed and that clients receive the highest quality of representation. Attorney must have at least 4 years of trial experience. Responsibilities Base salary plus incentives Trial Attorney MUST have at least 4 years Litigation Personal Injury Propounding and responding to discovery Conducting and defending depositions Drafting and arguing motions related to discovery Drafting and arguing motions related to dispositive issues Handle mediations and arbitrations Preparing and participating in all stages of trial Preparing lay and expert witnesses to testify and trial Conducting direct and cross examinations of witnesses Practice areas include premises liability, negligent security, automobile negligence, cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries
