Personal Injury Trial Attorney Law Offices of Jimmy De La Espriella P.A. Coral Gables, FL 33134 Base salary and incentives Trial Attorney MUST have at least 4 years Litigation Personal Injury Propounding and responding to discovery Conducting and defending depositions Drafting and arguing motions related to discovery Drafting and arguing motions related to dispositive issues Handle mediations and arbitrations Preparing and participating in all stages of trial Preparing lay and expert witnesses to testify and trial Conducting direct and cross examinations of witnesses Practice areas include premises liability, negligent security, automobile negligence, cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries
