READ ON We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PersonalInjury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Miami,Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating onbehalf of injured people and a strong desire to uphold justice. Compensation

  • -Base salary of $100,000 plus an additional tieredperformance compensation structure.

(How much money over the basethat the candidate makes during any given year depends entirely onthe candidate’s ability to perform.) The right candidate can expectto earn around $250,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent personal injury clients from pre-suit through trialand appeal.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements.
  • Communicate with clients regarding legal strategy and othermatters.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
  • In-office meetings with clients from time to time.
  • Attend CMEs.
Qualifications:
  • You have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • You are admitted to the Florida Bar.
  • You have a thorough understanding of the ins and outs ofFlorida personal injury law.
  • You have a good bedside manner and client relations.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a passion for trial work and are on a journey to getbetter.
  • You have a home office setup that allows for a peaceful andquiet work environment where you can attend virtual meetings,hearings, and take phone calls.
  • You’ve tried at least 15 jury trials to verdict. (These can bein areas other than personal injury.)
  • You like trials.
