Job Description
Portfolio Manager – Institutional Banking Terrabank, N.A. 3191 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145 Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking and financial services. Assist the Institutional Banking / Correspondent Banking VP manager with the day-to-day servicing of accounts for banks, non-banking, financial institutions, MSB’s and FinTech’s. Assist with onboarding, maintaining and obtaining institutional clients accounts. Ensure client files come with documentation and authorized signatures are current and compliant. Respond to client inquiries and provide high level customer service. Track and follow up on outstanding documented tasks. Prepare reports and communications as needed. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written), must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish professionally, including banking terminology. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
