While we focus exclusively on personal injury cases, we understand that many of our clients also need support when dealing with property damage as a result of their accidents. To enhance the services we offer, we are looking to add a Property Damage Specialist to our team. Position Overview As a Property Damage Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our case managers by providing guidance to our clients on property damage issues. While we do not handle property damage cases directly, your expertise will be a valuable resource to our clients, helping them navigate the process and address any concerns related to their property damage claims. Your role will primarily focus on answering client questions and offering practical advice to guide them in managing the property damage aspects of their cases. Responsibilities Assist clients with general questions related to property damage after personal injury accidents. Provide guidance on how to file property damage claims with insurance companies. Advise clients on how to repair or replace damaged property and communicate with insurance adjusters. Support our case managers by offering practical solutions for clients with property damage concerns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and any advice given.e.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of property damage claims and insurance processes (experience in personal injury cases a plus). Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to explain complex issues in a simple and understandable manner. Prior experience working with insurance companies or in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required.
