We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions and closings. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes, high-dollar deals and has extensive experience with HOA and COA matters. The position will focus on real estate transactions, with 75% commercial and 25% residential work, requiring a deep understanding of complex closing processes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage real estate closings, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, loan documents, and title commitments.
Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
Advise clients on HOA and COA regulations, compliance, and disputes.
Conduct due diligence for real estate closings, including zoning, title review, and contract negotiations.
Work with lenders, developers, investors, and title companies to facilitate seamless closings.
Negotiate and draft contracts for high-dollar real estate transactions.

Requirements:

J.D. and active license to practice law in Florida (Required).
Experience in real estate law with a focus on commercial transactions and closings.
Strong knowledge of HOA and COA laws and regulations.
Proven ability to handle high-dollar real estate deals efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail and contract negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple closing deadlines.
